Shortlist - to save our clients’ time, inconvenience and stress, we present them with a fully evaluated shortlist of properties. We accompany them to view the properties, advise on local pricing and acquaint them with the area.

Negotiation - when our clients have decided on a property, we will be on hand to assist and secure the best possible terms. Where required, we can introduce our preferred suppliers such as surveyors, solicitors and architects.
